ÉTAGE 7 | AI Psychological Horror Film — 25 :45 Min

Description

ÉTAGE 7 - Psychological Horror Film Genre: Psychological Horror / Mystery / Suspense Runtime: Approximately 25 minutes Format: AI-Assisted Narrative Film Director: Bastien Ferrari Production: DreamVibes Films About the Film A psychological horror story built around an unsettling environment where fear, perception and uncertainty shape the characters' experience. As tension escalates, the distinction between what is real and what is perceived becomes increasingly fragile. ÉTAGE 7 explores atmospheric suspense, psychological tension and the unsettling relationship between characters and their surroundings. Creative Direction & Production Developed as a long-form cinematic project using AI-assisted filmmaking techniques, with particular attention to: - Narrative Direction: Building suspense through story progression, character reactions and controlled pacing. - Visual Continuity: Maintaining a coherent cinematic atmosphere across scenes and environments. - Cinematography: Using framing, camera movement, composition and lighting to reinforce psychological tension. - Sound Direction: Creating an immersive atmosphere through dialogue, sound effects, ambience and music. - Editing & Pacing: Structuring a sustained narrative experience rather than a collection of standalone AI-generated shots. My Role Concept development, storytelling, directing, visual development, AI-assisted video production, editing and sound direction. Production Approach My objective was to explore how generative AI could support a sustained psychological horror narrative while keeping storytelling, character motivation and cinematic coherence at the center of the production.
