1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReelStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Content & Submissions

You retain ownership of all content you submit to ReelStack. By submitting works, you grant ReelStack a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your content on the platform. You must have the rights to all content you submit. Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property.

4. Voting & Awards

Votes must be genuine. Vote manipulation, including using multiple accounts or automated tools, is prohibited and will result in account termination. Award decisions are based on community voting and may include editorial discretion.

5. Marketplace

Sellers are responsible for the quality and delivery of their products. ReelStack facilitates transactions but is not a party to buyer-seller agreements. Refund policies are handled through our payment provider, Polar.

6. Jobs & Applications

Job listings must be legitimate opportunities. ReelStack does not guarantee employment outcomes. Employers and applicants communicate at their own risk. ReelStack is not responsible for the outcome of any hiring process.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
  • Submitting content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Attempting to manipulate votes, rankings, or the award system
  • Using the platform for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
  • Scraping or automated data collection without permission

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReelStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
