Is my JSON sent anywhere?
No. The formatter and validator both run entirely in your browser using native JSON parsing. We can't see your data and there's no logging. Safe for sensitive API responses, tokens, internal configs.
What if my JSON has syntax errors?
The validator shows the exact line and column of the error with a snippet of the surrounding text. Common cases (trailing commas, single quotes, unquoted keys) get specific error messages instead of generic 'unexpected token'.
Can it minify too?
Yes — same input, hit minify instead of format, get a one-line compact version with all whitespace removed. Useful for shipping JSON in URL params or embedding in HTML attributes.
