About this tool
What is the AI Content Analyzer?
Paste any text — the AI Content Analyzer runs multiple detection passes (perplexity scoring, burstiness analysis, AI-slop phrase matching, and a calibrated classifier) to estimate the probability the text was AI-written.
Like all AI detectors, no result is 100% reliable — humans can write in AI-flat styles and AI can be prompted to write human-style. Use as a signal, not a verdict.

Questions about the AI Content Analyzer
How reliable is AI detection?
No AI detector is 100% reliable. Heavily edited AI output looks human; bland human writing looks AI. We use multi-signal analysis (perplexity, burstiness, banned phrases) to give a probability score with a confidence band. Treat scores above 85% as 'likely AI' but not 'definitely AI'.
What does it look for?
Perplexity (how 'predictable' the next word is — AI text tends to be more predictable), burstiness (sentence-length variation — AI tends to be uniform), known AI-slop phrases ('delve into', 'in today's fast-paced'), and structural patterns (intro-body-conclusion symmetry).
