> The home for AI filmmakers. ReelStack is the directory, marketplace, jobs board, toolkit, and awards stage for people making cinema with AI.

ReelStack is built for AI filmmakers — directors, editors, prompt engineers, and 3D artists using tools like Runway, Sora, Veo, Kling, ComfyUI, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and Suno. The platform combines five surfaces that usually live in separate apps:

- **Directory** — 156 AI filmmakers with public reels, available for collaboration or hire
- **Marketplace** — 1 digital goods: prompts, prompt packs, LUTs, LoRAs, workflows, templates, courses
- **Jobs board** — paid open briefs from brands and studios hiring AI filmmakers directly
- **Toolkit** — 65 free in-browser AI tools: prompt builders, cinematic sheet composer, image compressor, multi-image grids, invoice generator
- **Awards stage** — monthly Film of the Month + Work of the Day/Week voting

## How submissions work

- Filmmakers: claim a free profile at /sign-up, then upload work to enter monthly awards
- Sellers: list digital goods (Stripe checkout, pay-what-you-want pricing supported)
- Buyers: hire filmmakers directly via /jobs (no marketplace cut on earnings)
- Tools: providers can submit via /tools/submit; ReelStack scrapes news automatically once approved

## Technology

ReelStack runs Astro on Cloudflare Workers, Clerk for auth, Convex for the database, and Stripe Connect for marketplace payouts. The free toolkit pages are also embeddable — any partner site can iframe a tool (e.g. /toolkit/multi-image-grid?embed=1) and auto-resize to fit.

## Crawler-friendliness

This site permits all AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, etc.). The XML sitemap at https://reel-stack.com/sitemap.xml lists every public page. Dynamic content is server-rendered (no JS required for first paint).
